Okay, so this post is a few days late. My only excuse is that our weekend was so jam-packed we were exhausted on Sunday night, and then yesterday we actually had temperatures in the 60s, so Sweet Pea and I spent most of the day outside. That girl LOVES to swing! She cries every time you try to take her inside. I guess she’s tired of winter too.
We had a wonderful Easter weekend, full of important spiritual meaning as well as quality time with family. Tom took off on Friday, so we got to spend some time with Daddy! On Good Friday, we slept in before going to church:
Sweet Pea got her third tooth last Thursday, and seems to be working on at least one more. Hence the massive quantities of drool in this photo. We need an Ark just to reach her mouth and wipe everything clean.
On Saturday, we went to see Tom’s family, and Sweet Pea wasted no time getting into trouble with her cousin and my brother-in-law’s dog.
On Sunday, we went to visit my family, and more fun ensued. Sweet Pea has figured out how to drink from a straw, which provides endless amusement to her and us.
Happy Easter! I’m going to go eat enough jelly beans to make myself sick, then I’m going to make sure Sweet Pea doesn’t try to eat her weight in ham.
